This year’s musical is “THE MUSIC MAN!” by Meredith Wilson, Poly’s first “Golden Age Musical”!

The original Broadway production of “The Music Man” was originally a big hit in 1957, winning five Tony Awards, including Best Musical (over West Side Story!), and running 1,375 performances. In the years 2000 and 2020, revivals won the Tony for “Best Revival of a Musical” among other top awards. It features a Barbershop Choir, Marching Band, epic dance numbers, and features memorable, songs “Ya Got Trouble”, “Seventy-Six Trombones” and “Til There Was You”.

Auditions will be the week before Fall Break. Rehearsals December through February. Shows are Thursday through Saturday, February 25-27, 2027
