We have a unique partnership with Northwestern University*’s high school outreach, the National High School Institute. Marcus Folmar attended Northwestern University, and is sponsored by NHSI to coach our Advanced students in Playwriting. Over the years, a number of students have been thrilled to attend their wonderful summer performing arts program.

The NHSI Playwriting Intensive is our open door to enter their competitive and prestigious 3-week summer institute. Students may add another emphasis, ranging from acting to film production. Scholarships have been generously offered, so don’t be afraid to apply for this resume-building opportunity!
